That's worth a targeted look rather than a building-wide response.
- Ground-floor or below-grade units showing condensation patterns that don't match upper floors can point to different humidity sources (proximity to grade, slower air turnover) and may need a different fix than simply telling tenants to run their fans more.
- Tenant complaints about mold near windows should be logged and inspected promptly regardless of pattern — even if the underlying cause turns out to be ventilation rather than a leak, documenting the timeline and response matters for both habitability obligations and your own maintenance records.
Building this kind of comparison into routine unit turnovers or seasonal walkthroughs — noticing which units are outliers rather than treating every foggy window report the same way — tends to catch both ventilation issues and early leaks faster than reacting to individual complaints in isolation.
