The story
Puget Sound Property Services was founded by Nick Olsen and Hampton Scribner, two professionals who built their careers working directly in the trades and building operations. Nick worked as a journeyman carpenter, gaining hands-on experience in construction, repairs, and structural work across residential and multifamily properties. Hampton worked as a building engineer, responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large residential and commercial buildings. Through their work, both saw the same recurring problem:
Property Managers struggle to find vendors who were reliable, responsive, and accountable, that’s where PSPS began.

Recognizing the gap in the industry, Nick and Hampton partnered together to create a company focused on solving those problems. By combining Nick’s construction expertise with Hampton’s deep understanding of building systems and property operations, they built Puget Sound Property Services around the needs of property managers and condominium communities. Their goal was simple—provide dependable maintenance, construction, and emergency response services while maintaining clear communication and professional documentation every step of the way.
Today, Puget Sound Property Services continues to operate on the same principles it was founded on: accountability, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. What began as two professionals working to solve problems for property managers has grown into a trusted partner for condominium communities across the Eastside, delivering reliable service while maintaining the personal attention and accountability that larger companies often lack.
