Nick Olsen and Hampton Scribner founded PSPS after seeing a critical gap in the vendor market — property managers consistently struggling to find contractors who were reliable, responsive, and genuinely accountable.
Nick brings journeyman carpentry experience across residential and multifamily construction. Hampton's background as a building engineer managing large residential and commercial facilities gives the team a deep understanding of what property managers actually need.
